The wind is one of the most promising green energy resources that replenishes itselves in less than a human lifetime without depleting planet’s resources. According to disposition blade concerning shaft, turbine can be classified as horizontal axis (HAWT) and vertical (VAWT). In contrast VAWT, HAWT covers commercial installations around globe. However, VAWTs became alternative for areas far away from grid-connected electricity, they have certain drawbacks associated with aerodynamic performance. present work overviews magnitude factors affecting aerodynamics typical i.e H-Darrieus VAWT enhancement options cutting edge Additionally, accuracy performance predicting tools through computational investigation optimization was also assessed. Therefore, review covered altered viable studied existing literature. Finally, FSI simulation tics materials commonly used manufacturing. It determined employed significantly influence model, proper model selection more experimental validations are compulsory.
